3221 Commerce Street, previously the Chevrolet Motor Company Building, was constructed in 1923. The horizontal bands of concrete, brick, glass, and unique wood windows epitomize the industrial influences in architecture that were prevalent at the dawn of the 20th century. 3210 Main Street, formerly the Lincoln Paint and Color Co./Acme Manufacturing Company, was built in 1910.
