WebOutsourcing.com was formed as a limited partnership in 1997 and  has grown almost exclusively by word of mouth. We are a full-time operation and know the business from Internet marketing strategy to programming. There is more to a web site than meets the eye. Hire a professional unless you are not serious about taking your business to the Internet.

We also use several independent graphic designers and programmers as well as other specialists and partners when it makes sense. We offer our clients the "best of breed" for their projects, hiring people who are experts in their field when we need their expertise. Jason Baird has hand on experience in all aspects of web site design and so even with a large, complicated web project, you can have one person to interface with to handle all aspects of the project. He architects and oversees and/or does hands on work on each and every project.

If he can do it best, he will; and if someone else on staff or not on staff can do it better, they will do it. Pride shouldn't get in the way of doing the best job possible.

And no we do not outsource our projects overseas! Most of our contractors have been with us longer than the average web design/programmer employee on salary has been working for their company and all are in the USA. Some are former employees.

We are frequently outsourced by other web companies and Ad agencies and we can be team players and know our place. We also know how to be invisible to the client when you want us to be. We have many references that we can not show because another company had us do the work as a subcontractor.

Jason Baird began hands-on work with the Internet in 1996 developing web sites with a local Internet start-up. He added to his expertise working with  AT&T as an Internet Specialist consulting companies in  Texas and Oklahoma. He has seen the Internet from the eyes of  both small and large companies. He has worked on projects involving marketing-type web pages as well as Internet Catalogs with shopping cart and credit card processing functionality. Mr. Baird is the lead web consultant and project manager of the company and has a Master of  Business Administration from The American Graduate School of International Management("Thunderbird").

Martin Wichter has been involved in mission critical, enterprise-wide computing, most recently with mobile computing, and continues to make his mark on new technologies as President of WebOutsourcing.com. He has experience both writing custom software and managing the process.
