How to prepare good coffee: * Always use clean equipment * Use spring water – avoid tap water * Freshly ground – fresh roasted quality gourmet coffee  * Don´t brew more than 40-50 cups per pound * Store in the freezer in a closed container
	Roasted Coffee We carefully roast the fruits of our harvest at our Filadelfia Estate. Total Freshness in every cup, direct from the mountain to you! All our coffees fresh-roasted and seal-packed on our coffee plantation and express shipped to our climate-controlled warehouse in Houston. We store all our green coffees in parchment in cool high-altitude warehouses in Antigua Guatemala. This preserves their quality for a long time. The coffees are then roasted right after hulling producing a truly plantation fresh product of superior quality. Filadelfia Estate Genuine Antigua Our finest coffee, indeed one of the best you can find anywhere in the world, is grown, harvested, and processed within sight of the roastery. Filadelfia  Mountain comes from the higher altitude section of the estate.
